1. Experience in the field of franchise and agencies
• Understanding how to open new agencies and manage relationships with agents.
• Experience in negotiation and contract drafting.
2. Strong knowledge of the clothing market
• Familiarity with suppliers, distributors, and regional and international markets.
• Ability to analyze market needs.
3. Communication skills
• Proficient in communicating with clients and partners (preferably in more than one language: Arabic + English + Turkish).
• Ability to persuade and market.
4. Organizational and administrative skills
• Following up with current agents and evaluating their performance.
• Preparing periodic reports on sales and the status of agencies.
5. Leadership and flexibility
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Able to build long-term relationships with agents.
🎓 Academic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / International Trade is preferred.
• Additional certificates in Franchise Management or Business Development are considered a plus.
