Op. Dr. Reşat Altuğ AKTAŞ was born in 1979 in Ordu/Fatsa. After completing his pre-university education, he successfully completed his medical education, which he started at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 1996, and received the title of medical doctor. He completed his specialization at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
