Job Summary
Planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to enhance reach and engagement, support fundraising efforts, and transform the humanitarian message into a measurable digital impact.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement digital channel strategies (paid advertising, search engines, email) to achieve campaign objectives.
2. Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta – Google) in Turkish with high professionalism, manage budgets and continuously optimize performance.
3. Develop humanitarian marketing strategies targeting English-speaking audiences.
4. Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports including performance indicators and actionable recommendations based on data.
5. Optimize landing pages and donor experience to improve conversion rates and increase campaign efficiency.
6. Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure consistency of marketing messages and implementation quality.
7. Apply best practices in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to support reach and increase digital visibility.
8. Conduct A/B testing on campaigns, content, and target audiences, and identify clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
9. Ensure secure handling of donor data and compliance with applicable data protection requirements.
10. Utilize artificial intelligence tools to improve marketing performance.
Required Qualifications and Experience
◆ Education and Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in performance-based digital marketing.
◆ Skills and Abilities
• Proficiency in analytics and digital advertising tools: (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager)
• Experience with marketing automation tools and email management.
• Advanced skills in Excel and digital data analysis.
• Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and performance improvement.
• High ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Good understanding of humanitarian marketing and digital fundraising.
• Practical knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and donor databases.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage campaigns in humanitarian emergencies.

• English: Advanced level (essential).
• Arabic: Good.
• Turkish: Strong advantage.
