Job Announcement: Full-time Office Position in Design and Editing

 

Angular Humanitarian Relief Association - Turkey announces the need to fill the position of Design and Editing as part of the association’s work in charity and humanitarian activities, at its office in Istanbul, according to the following requirements:

 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1.    Degree in graphic design, media, or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.

2.    At least two years of experience in the field of design and editing.

3.    Proficiency in the use of design programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and editing programs (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a basic requirement for employment.

4.    Skill in publishing on social media and preparing weekly and monthly publishing schedules and plans.

5.    Commitment to deadlines and the ability to manage time efficiently.

6.    Commitment to the values and principles on which the association is based.

7.    Knowledge of the basics of photography and videography is considered an advantage.

8.    Experience or basic knowledge of sponsored advertisements and media buying on Meta and Google platforms is considered an advantage.

9.    Ability to work within a team and under pressure, and good communication skills.

10. High creative sense and attention to detail.

11. Effective communication skills.

12.  Ability to turn ideas into impactful visual materials.

13.  Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work requirements.

 

Required Tasks:

1.    Designing print and visual materials (posters, brochures, banners, reports, presentations, etc.)

2.     Editing promotional videos and visual reports for association campaigns.

3.     Editing creative marketing videos for the association’s marketing campaigns.

4.    Coordinating visual content in harmony with the visual identity of the association.

5.    Producing visual content and publishing it on social media and the website in a manner that serves the association’s media goals.

6.    Participating in preparing and scheduling weekly and monthly publishing plans in coordination with the team.

7.    Participating in developing creative marketing ideas that increase digital engagement.

8.    Archiving visual materials and saving them in an organized database.

9.    Participating in covering events and field activities as needed.

10.  Continuous coordination with the media and marketing team to ensure content quality and consistency.

11. Regularly developing and improving visual materials in line with current trends in design and editing.

12. Any other tasks assigned by senior management.
