Customer Support Officer Required – Financial Markets and Forex

We are a company specialized in financial markets and forex, and we are looking for a customer support employee to join our team in Istanbul.

Responsibilities: • Responding to customer inquiries and following up on their requests • Providing support to clients via chat, calls, and various social media platforms • Following up on customer issues and providing appropriate solutions in a professional and timely manner • Providing accurate information about the company's services and products

Requirements: • Previous experience in customer service within the field of forex and financial markets • Good knowledge of forex, crypto, and financial markets • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with customers professionally • Speed and accuracy in work and typing • Fluency in Arabic • Ability to work within a team and in a fast-paced work environment

Work location: Istanbul – Kağthane

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
