Required Qualifications:
Practical experience in preparing croissant dough from scratch, including fermenting, lamination, and precise hand-rolling.
Ability to control dough temperature and resting time to ensure the ideal texture.
Skill in using butter evenly within the dough to achieve delicate and crispy layers.
High accuracy in shaping croissants to uniform sizes and an attractive appearance.
Strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards during preparation.
Ability to work within a fast-paced and organized production team.
Punctuality and efficiency in production without compromising quality.
