• Prepare beverages in accordance with Crepello standards

• Provide accurate and friendly information to customers about the products

• Understand customers’ needs and guide them to suitable choices

• Prepare orders professionally and attractively

• Prioritize customer satisfaction

• Work harmoniously with the team

• Commit to hygiene, health, and occupational safety rules

✅ Required Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in cafes or the food and beverage sector

• Excellent communication skills, a bright face, and a flexible spirit

• Attention to details and personal appearance

• Ability to work shifts and flexible hours

• Desire to learn and develop in the field of coffee preparation

• Fluency in Turkish reading and speaking is a must
