Dr. Billur Sezgin Kızılok was born in Ankara. Dr. Sezgin Kızılok continued her education at McLean High School in Virginia, USA, until 1998. She graduated from Ankara Private Bilkent High School in 2000 with second place honors, and from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2006 with first place honors. After completing her specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery in 2013 at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery, she worked at Erzurum Regional Training and Research Hospital between 2013-2015 as part of her compulsory government service.
