
We are looking for a call center employee for an educational consulting and student services company.
Minimum qualifications and required experience:
- A university degree related to the field or a university student who has not yet graduated
- Previous practical experience in call centers, with at least one year of exclusive experience in educational consulting
- Experience in the Turkish market and knowledge about private Turkish universities, admissions, and their systems
- Ability to handle work pressure and follow up with students
- Ability to commit to work hours and conditions
- Knowledge of working with CRM Bitrix
Required: Full-time from the company's location with a monthly salary + commission.
