Business Development and Sales Manager

Maison Ciel Furniture & Design is looking for an ambitious person to find clients, communicate with them, provide continuous follow-up, and turn opportunities into signed contracts. This role combines sales, marketing, and fieldwork.

Main tasks:
Lead generation | Communication via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn | Following up and closing deals | Running Meta ads | Creating simple content | Preparing quotations and attending meetings and exhibitions

Required skills:
Strong communication and persuasion skills, fluency in English and Turkish (French and Arabic are a plus), Canva / CapCut | Basic knowledge of Meta ads | Organized and results-oriented

Work style: Hybrid (office + field) – Istanbul / Beylikdüzü
