
Gülay ÇAKIR, born in 1993 in Konak/İzmir, first began her university education in 2011 with Chemical Engineering. In 2018, she successfully completed her dental education at Marmara University, earning the title of Dentist. She also successfully completed her doctoral studies in the Department of Prosthetic Dental Treatment at the same university.
Her doctoral thesis focused on implant-supported monolithic zirconium teeth and has been accepted for international publication. She has improved herself in her field and continues her studies by attending congresses, symposiums, and seminars both domestically and abroad.
After graduation, she believes in aesthetic and minimally invasive dentistry. By following current treatment options, she works with the principle of protecting oral health.
Her professional areas of interest are multidisciplinary and include smile design, laminate veneers and zirconium crowns, implant-supported prostheses (all-on4 & all-on6 hybrid prostheses), all types of removable (mobile) dentures, teeth whitening, joint disorders due to teeth grinding, and botox applications.
