Op. Dr. Serhat TUNCER was born in Erzincan in 1966. After completing his pre-university education, he began his medical education at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, successfully graduating in 1989 and earning the title of Doctor of Medicine. He completed his specialization at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine, becoming a specialist in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Between 1992 and 1996, Op. Dr. Serhat TUNCER continued to gain professional experience with rotations in General Surgery, Orthopedics, Pediatric Surgery, and Ear-Nose-Throat at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine. He has numerous national and international publications and presentations and continues his professional work at his private clinic in Şişli, Istanbul.
