Şevket Doğan graduated from İzmir Atatürk High School in 1985 and received his medical education at Ege University Faculty of Medicine. He earned the title of medical doctor in 1991. He received his training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the Clinic of Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Medicine and became a specialist in 2012.
