Prof. Dr. Sinan ÖKSÜZ graduated from Ankara GATA (Gülhane Military Medical Academy) Faculty of Medicine as a Medical Doctor and Air Force Lieutenant Medical Officer. He worked as a general practitioner and administrative officer at Merzifon Air Hospital. He served as a flight physician at Ankara 11th Air Transport Base Command. In the same year, he started his specialization training at the Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic of Istanbul GATA Haydarpaşa Training Hospital.
