📌 An investment company in Istanbul announces its need for a full-time or part-time accountant according to the following conditions:

* Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration.

* Practical experience from 2–4 years (preferably in real estate or investment companies).

* Experience in dealing with contracts, invoices, real estate installments, bank accounts, and monthly reports.

* Good knowledge of Turkish laws and taxes.

* Proficiency in accounting programs (Logo, Mikro, Nebim, or similar).

* Advanced level in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, reports, formulas).

* Ability to prepare trial balances and financial statements.

* Proficiency in Arabic + Turkish + English.
