
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Managing the financial accounts of real estate projects (purchase – sale – lease – asset management).
• Following up on payment and collection operations, and preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
• Preparing budgets and monitoring project cash flows.
• Monitoring tax obligations and Turkish laws related to real estate.
• Coordinating with other departments (legal – sales – asset management) to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Using modern accounting software and preparing reports for senior management.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in the real estate sector.
• Excellent command of Turkish and Arabic, both written and spoken (mandatory requirement).
• Good knowledge of Turkish financial and tax laws.
• Proficiency in using accounting programs (Logo, Mikro or equivalents) and Excel.
• Ability to prepare accurate financial reports and analyze data.
• High organizational skills and ability to work within a team.
