Experts Property, a real estate consulting company in Istanbul, wants to expand its administrative staff in Istanbul and open a new vacancy called “Tourist Leasing Officer.”

Summary of specialized job tasks:

A tourist leasing official undertakes to prepare and manage properties suitable for tourist leasing.

Required qualifications:

Has work experience in the real estate or leasing field.
Extensive knowledge of the areas of Istanbul.
Experience in dealing and communicating with customers.
Full-time dedication to work.
He speaks Turkish fluently
Knowledge of English is an added advantage.
He holds a Turkish driving certificate or will obtain it soon.
He has passion and ambition.
Good dealing with colleagues.
 

Required tasks:

Dealing with requests from tourist rental customers
Delivery and receipt of tourist apartments
Follow up on the technical condition of apartments
Follow up on the implementation of new apartment furnishings
Marketing apartments to potential clients
Follow up on apartment expenses, taxes, and obligations
Dealing with the administrations of the buildings in which the apartments are located
