Tasks and Responsibilities
Receive customer calls and respond to inquiries related to hotel bookings, tourist trips, and airport transfers.
Provide accurate information about prices, offers, payment methods, and policies on cancellation and modification.
Coordinate hotel bookings and enter data into the system with high accuracy.
Organize airport transfer bookings and communicate with drivers to confirm schedules.
Follow up with customers via phone or email to confirm bookings and send necessary details.
Market the company's tourist offers and additional services.
Work with the sales team to increase the number of bookings and achieve the company's goals.
Commit to quality standards and customer service, maintaining the professional image of the company.
