Serdar Bora Bayraktaroğlu graduated from Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine English Medicine Program in 2005. He completed his plastic surgery training at Şişli Etfal Hospital Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic between 2005-2011. He completed his training in 'Microsurgery and Hand Surgery' at the same clinic. In January 2009, Dr. Bayraktaroğlu successfully completed a six-month 'Facial Aesthetics' internship at The Facial Paralysis Institute in Los Angeles, California, USA. Dr. Bayraktaroğlu, who completed his thesis in the field of microvascular surgery, has been working as a Specialist in Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery since 2011.

Enriching his academic career with a doctorate in stem cells, Dr. Bayraktaroğlu is also an undergraduate student in the department of philosophy, an area of his interest. A member of the Turkish Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and ISAPS (International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons), Dr. Bayraktaroğlu gives presentations on aesthetic plastic surgery at numerous national and international organizations and closely follows developments in anti-aging and medical aesthetics on international platforms.
