Job Title:

Sales Representative (Male/Female) - Hair Transplant Specialist

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Consultation:

- Communicating with potential clients (by phone or online) to provide consultations on hair transplant procedures.

- Explaining available services (such as: technologies used, prices, expected outcomes).

- Persuading clients to book and complete deals to achieve monthly targets.

2. Customer Service:

- Following up with clients before and after the procedure to ensure their satisfaction.

- Responding to client inquiries professionally and providing accurate information.

3. Marketing and Promotion:

- Participating in developing marketing plans to attract new clients (such as promotional offers, advertising campaigns).

- Using social media platforms to promote the clinic and its services.

4. Required Skills:

- At least one year of experience in sales (preferably in medical tourism or especially in hair transplants).

- Basic knowledge of hair transplant techniques.

- Ability to persuade and manage negotiations.

- Excellent Arabic language skills; proficiency in English is an added advantage.

- High communication skills and courteous demeanor.

5. Conditions:

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

- Previous experience of at least 1-2 years in medical/cosmetic services sales is a significant advantage.
