A tourism company in Taksim announces its desire to hire a male/female employee to join the team in Istanbul.

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

* Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp.

* Providing offers and tourism programs to clients.

* Following up on bookings and confirming them.

* Coordinating with the work team to ensure service quality.

🔹 Required Qualifications:

* Experience in the field of tourism and reservations for no less than two years in Turkish tourism companies

* Proficiency in dealing with customers and having communication and persuasion skills.

* Fast typing skills on the keyboard

* Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.

* Commitment to schedules and seriousness at work.

📍 Workplace: Istanbul – Taksim Square

Working Hours:

First shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Second shift: 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM
