Tasks and Responsibilities:

Following up on sales operations and communicating with clients.
Following up on export and shipping operations and coordinating with shipping companies.
Preparing and tracking commercial invoices and shipping documents.
Following up on paperwork and procedures related to export.
Organizing files, arranging documents, and archiving.
Keeping up with daily tasks and completing assignments with accuracy and commitment.

Required Conditions:

Previous experience in sales and logistics.
Good knowledge of export procedures, invoices, and shipping documents.
Commitment to deadlines, discipline, and responsibility.
Accuracy, organization, and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in using computers and Office programs, especially Excel.
It is preferred that the candidate holds Turkish citizenship.
