3D interior designer (3D Layout. Realistic Visual. AI Workflow)

THE FRAGRANCE  are seeking a highly skilled 3D Interior Designer who can deliver complete layout and full 3D interior design work, producing realistic final outputs that closely match the intended project appearance. The ideal candidate must understand market-available materials and ensure strong visual harmony between finishes (color, texture, gloss, tone, and scale). The candidate should also have professional experience using AI tools and programs to accelerate production while maintaining accuracy and realism.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce full 3D design models and accurate layouts using real-world scale and proportions.

• Build complete 3D scenes including layout composition, modeling, materials, textures, lighting, and environment to reflect the final project.

• Select and apply market-realistic materials (finishes clients can actually purchase), including appropriate texture scale, color tone, and finish properties.

• Ensure material harmony by coordinating finishes across surfaces (walls, floors, wood, stone, metal, glass, textiles, and decor) so the design looks cohesive and premium under different lighting conditions.

• Create photorealistic renders and presentation visuals that match the design intent and client expectations.

• Use AI-assisted tools and programs to improve speed and accuracy (e.g., texture/material enhancement, reference generation, render improvements, variation creation, upscaling/denoising/color correction, and workflow automation), while still keeping results consistent with project requirements.

• Work efficiently to deliver realistic results in short time while managing revisions and maintaining quality standards.

• Prepare files and deliverables in an organized, production-ready format for internal teams or clients.

Required Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in 3D layout + full 3D visualization (portfolio required).

• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and how they behave visually in real life:

  • realistic texture resolution and scale,

  • correct gloss/roughness behavior,

  • color matching and tone coordination,

  • pattern/texture compatibility across surfaces.

• Advanced proficiency in required 3D and visualization software, including (as applicable to your workflow):

  • 3D modeling: SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender / Maya / Cinema 4D (or your exact tools)

  • Rendering/Visualization: V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / Twinmotion / Enscape / KeyShot (or your exact tools)

• Professional experience using AI tools related to design visualization and production workflows, not just basic experimentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in architecture/interior design visualization, product visualization, or real estate presentation.

• Ability to interpret sketches, measurements, and references with high accuracy.

• Production mindset: fast output with consistent quality and attention to detail.

Portfolio Requirements
