He was born in Denizli in 1976.
He graduated from Ege University Faculty of Dentistry in 1996 and started his clinical career.
Between 1998 and 1999, he fulfilled his military service as a dentist at Adana Military Hospital.
Between 1999 and 2006, he continued his profession in his private clinic.
In 2006, he founded the Private Merkez Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic.
Serving the people of Denizli in this clinic until 2015, Dt. Özcan transferred this clinic in 2015 and established the Private Dental Residence Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic, which brought a new breath to Denizli and its surroundings with its location, equipment, staff, and goals.
In addition to general dentistry, Dt. Özcan, who is interested in laminate, ceramic, and zirconium applications including aesthetic-based approaches, botox, dermal filler applications, and smile design, opened the Dental Residence Oral and Dental Health Center in 2018.
Mustafa Özcan, who is married and a father of two children, is a member of DEGİAD, AYSİAD association, the president of the Denizli Rotary Club, and a member of the DESİAD Board of Directors.
