Bachelor’s level graduates from relevant departments in universities

  •   Has at least 3 years of experience in the field of digital marketing
  • Well experienced in using Google Ads, Meta Business and Google Analytics (Universal & GA4)
      Familiar with basic web technologies and performance marketing tools (e.g. Search Console, Google Tag Manager) and have experience actively using them
  •   Has experience in Google SEM, GDN and social media advertising
  •   Familiar with A/B testing methodology (creative, audience segments, channel and content) and can share it systematically with content producing units
  •   Has knowledge of SEO and can perform basic analytics
  •   Has experience in performance measurement, improvement, reporting and budget management, and pays attention to detail

  •   Actively use all performance oriented tools such as Google Ads and Meta Business and plan and manage according to the annual strategy and goals
  •   Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Business Manager accounts daily according to goals and strategies
  •   Install the necessary tools to measure and analyze site traffic and user behavior (Google Analytics).
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and develop appropriate digital marketing strategies for them
  •   Ad management such as visual ads, YouTube ads, shopping ads, remarketing and other ads
      Preparing weekly and monthly reports by campaign and channel
  •   Monitor and report on developments in line with ROI, ROAS, CPA and other objectives across all campaigns
  • Ensure quality traffic and high rankings in search engines through SEO procedures
  • Ensure that the necessary measures are taken and followed up.
