We are seeking a professional and organized accountant. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy of financial data and increase the efficiency of accounting operations using the QuickBooks platform to manage accounts and financial status.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Managing daily accounts:

• Monitoring and recording daily financial transactions using Excel.

• Recording daily financial transactions using QuickBooks.

• Preparing accounting records and ensuring their accuracy.

Preparing financial reports:

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Submitting special financial reports when needed.

Managing accounts receivable and payable:

• Following up accounts receivable and ensuring invoice collection.

• Reconciling accounts payable and organizing payments.

Review and audit:

• Reviewing financial transactions to ensure compliance with financial policies.

• Assisting in the preparation and submission of taxes and required financial reports.

Financial data analysis:

• Analyzing financial data and suggesting ways to improve financial performance.

• Preparing financial forecasts and budgets.

Managing the QuickBooks system:

• Keeping the QuickBooks system updated and ensuring data security.

• Providing support and training to team members when needed.

Additional Tasks:

• Participating with the management team in developing financial policies and procedures.

• Performing other accounting-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in accounting and proven experience using QuickBooks.

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and highly skilled in QuickBooks platform.

Personal skills:

• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in Turkish, Arabic, and/or English is preferred.
