We offer warranty on the devices we sell, and provide a warranty on all device parts. Many who sell used devices do not have this understanding; they say: "As long as it works, it's enough." But we do not operate with this mentality.

Just because the device works does not necessarily mean it is sound; it may work but it does not heat, or leaks water, or makes noise, or vibrates, or its additional functions do not work, or it does not cool. And when you contact the seller, they say: "As long as it works, there is nothing I can do," and, "You bought a used device, what did you expect?"

As for us, we certainly do not work in this manner.
We hope our customers who purchased the product from us use it in good health and happiness, and that they enjoy using it.
