Urgent: Accountant required who speaks Arabic or English

We are looking for a professional and organized accountant whose main responsibilities will be to ensure the accuracy of financial data and improve the efficiency of accounting operations through the use of QuickBooks to manage accounts and financial status.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

📌 Daily Account Management:

• Recording daily financial transactions using QuickBooks.

• Preparing accounting records and ensuring their accuracy.

📌 Financial Reporting:

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Providing special financial reports when needed.

📌 Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Following up on accounts receivable and ensuring invoice collection.

• Reconciling accounts payable and organizing payments.

📌 Review and Audit:

• Reviewing financial operations to ensure compliance with financial policies.

• Assisting in the preparation and submission of tax and financial reports.

📌 Financial Data Analysis:

• Analyzing financial data and providing recommendations to improve financial performance.

• Preparing financial forecasts and budgets.

📌 QuickBooks System Management:

• Updating the QuickBooks system and ensuring data security.

• Providing support and training to team members when needed.

📌 Additional Tasks:

• Contributing to the development of financial policies and procedures.

• Performing any other tasks related to accounting.

Requirements:

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or any related field.

💼 Experience:

• At least 1–3 years of experience in accounting.

• Proven experience in using QuickBooks.

🖥 Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

🧩 Personal Skills:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication skills.

🌍 Language:

• Proficiency in Turkish is preferred in addition to English or Arabic at an advanced level.
