Alper TUNCEL, who was born on August 13, 1972, in Boston, USA, graduated in 1990 from Ankara Özel Yükseliş College, one of the capital's first private educational institutions. In 1997, he completed his medical degree at the Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, which he most desired and chose. From the moment he entered the faculty, Op. Dr. Alper TUNCEL set his goal as specializing in the field he felt closest to: Aesthetic, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. In 2004, he completed his master's degree in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Marmara University's Faculty of Medicine.
