Specialist Dentist Semih Akgül was born in 1990 in Bursa Osmangazi. He completed his primary and secondary education at Özel İnal Ertekin and Emine Örnek Colleges, and his high school at Bursa Anadolu High School. In 2009, he entered Başkent University Faculty of Dentistry with a scholarship and graduated in 2014. After working at a private clinic for a short time, he took 332nd place in the 2015 DUS exam and started his specialty training in periodontology at İnönü University, receiving his specialty in 2019. During his specialty training, he successfully presented his thesis researching the effects of laser and ozone treatments on wound healing. He has participated in numerous scientific events both domestically and internationally, and has signed on to academic studies. Semih Akgül, who speaks English at an advanced level, established DentAkgül Oral and Dental Health Clinic in 2021 with his father, Dt. Ünsal Akgül, and continues his profession there.
