📋 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Active communication with potential guests in the markets via WhatsApp and phone

• Converting incoming requests into reservations

• Managing and developing the existing customer portfolio

• Guiding customers in hotel selection and pricing

• Reservation tracking and after-sales support

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in Arabic and/or French (mandatory)

• 1-3 years of experience in tourism or sales

• Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business

• High persuasion ability, target-oriented working structure

• Resident in or able to reside in Istanbul

• Familiarity with North African and Middle Eastern culture (preferred)
