Born on July 22, 1976, he graduated from Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine in 1999. In 2000, Dr. Alper Bayraktar began his specialization training at Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. During his specialization training, he participated in and performed numerous reconstructive and hand surgery operations.
