Ömer Faruk ŞARKBAY, who was born in Ankara in 1970, completed his high school education at Ataköy High School. ŞARKBAY earned the right to enter the Faculty of Dentistry at Istanbul University and graduated in 1991. He successfully practices his profession by following professional developments through seminars and publications. His special interests are philosophy, history, music, and cinema.
