THE FRAGRANCE ACADEMY are looking for a visionary social media strategist who doesn’t just "post content," but builds movements.
We are seeking a data-driven architect to lead our digital voice. In this role, you will bridge the gap between brand storytelling and business performance, driving engagement, advocacy, and revenue through a deep understanding of platform algorithms, cultural trends, and audience psychology.

3. Analytics, ROI & Optimization
- KPI Architecture: Define and track meaningful KPIs (Engagement Rate, Share of Voice, Conversion Rate, Cost Per Acquisition) versus vanity metrics.
- Data Storytelling: Convert raw analytics into actionable insights. Present weekly/monthly reports to the executive team that correlate social activity to tangible business outcomes (leads generated, pipeline influenced).
- A/B Testing: Design and implement rigorous testing protocols for copy, visuals, CTAs, and posting times to continuously improve performance.
- Budget Management: Manage the paid social budget (in conjunction with the Paid Media team), optimizing spend to lower CPMs and maximize ROAS.
4. Community & Influencer Relations
- Community Cultivation: Foster a highly engaged brand community. Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with the brand’s distinct voice—transforming followers into brand ambassadors.
- Influencer Strategy: Identify, vet, and manage relationships with micro and macro influencers to extend brand reach authentically.
- Social Listening: Utilize listening tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Brandwatch) to capture real-time sentiment and feedback, feeding these insights back to Product and R&D teams.
