The company Trustas for Consulting and Legal Accounting is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join their team in Istanbul!

🎯 Main Responsibilities:

1. Content Planning:

   • Prepare balanced monthly and weekly publishing plans in line with the company's marketing goals.

2. Idea Redrafting:

   • Transform initial ideas into engaging marketing posts aligned with Trustas' voice.

3. Capturing Realistic Content:

   • Document office atmosphere and client experiences through realistic and professional stories.

4. Coordination with the Creative Team:

   • Follow up on content execution with the designer, content writer, and editor within set deadlines.

5. Publishing Content at the Best Times for Each Platform:

   • According to regular schedules that follow platform algorithms.

   • Taking into account the timing of the target audience.

6. Enhancing Engagement:

   • Implementing story ideas, competitions, and interactive questions to increase reach.

7. Suggest Content Ideas:

   • Provide a list of 5–7 content ideas monthly inspired by trends or audience questions.

8. Performance Analysis:

Prepare a monthly report including:
• Best and worst 3 posts
• Recommendations for improvement
• Number of new followers

✨ Required Skills:

• Previous experience managing social media accounts (preferably in legal or service fields).

• Skills in writing captions and crafting marketing ideas.

• Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn platforms.

• Visual sense and knowledge of the basics of mobile photography.
