The residence is on the fourth floor and the maximum number of students in the house is 6.

The apartment consists of (4 rooms - bathroom with shower - separate toilet - spacious kitchen)

The apartment is a 12-minute walk from the Metrobus station, 5 minutes from Avcılar bus station, and 3 minutes from Wednesday Bazaar, with many Arab stores and restaurants in the surrounding area.

The bedding is used only once and is completely changed after every student leaves, so new bedding is provided to prevent the spread of any disease.

All kitchen appliances, cleaning tools, and essential cleaning supplies are available, and there is a regular cleaning schedule among the residents to maintain house cleanliness.

Cleanliness, quietness, and no smoking are required!
