Top Torch Travel company announces its need for a customer service female employee to work full-time.

Requirements:

• Excellent fluency in Turkish (speaking and writing).
  Good command of English in writing.

• Politeness and good customer interaction.

• Ability to answer phone calls professionally.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.

• Experience in customer service or tourism and visa field is preferred. With VFS Global and others.

Tasks:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.

• Provide information about visa and travel services.

• Follow up with customers’ requests and coordinate with the work team.

Work location: Istanbul – Fatih – Akdeniz.
