Job Title: Marketing & Sales Manager - Travel Agency (Travel Agency Marketing & Sales Manager) Location: Istanbul - Fatih Full-time

Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager with strong experience of at least 5 years within a travel agency, to lead and organize sales across all company departments and significantly improve results.

Departments overseen:

Hotels - Tours - Transfer and Car Operation - Tickets and Flights - Packages - Medical Tourism - Insurance, Residence, and Visa

Main Tasks:

Developing and implementing monthly and quarterly marketing and sales plans with clear targets.

Managing leads from all channels and converting them to sales (Website/Meta/Google/WhatsApp).

Leading sales and customer service, assigning daily tasks, and following up on adherence and results.

Preparing ready offers and packages + pricing + profit margin + clear policies (payment, cancellation).

Coordinating with the advertising team and measuring performance (ROAS, CPL, Conversion).

Building B2 partnerships: hotels, companies, hospitals, clinics, and increasing referrals.

Preparing weekly and monthly reports to management: Target vs Actual, reasons for deviation, and a correction plan.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience in marketing and sales within a travel agency is essential.

Strong negotiation and pricing skills and package building.

Experience in team leadership and monitoring daily performance.

Arabic, English, and Turkish languages are an advantage.
