Our apartment is 4+1, currently home to three girls living together in a safe, quiet, and organized family atmosphere. Everyone is employed and working; we share shopping and food, with respect for each person's private space. We also have a cat named Lola, so we are looking for someone with experience dealing with cats.

📍 The apartment is located in an upscale neighborhood in Nişantaşı, within walking distance of Osmanbey metro station, in a family residential building. The ad is for females only.

📌 Room and Rent Information

• Room for rent: The second largest room in the apartment

• Rent: 25,000 TL + bills

• Payment method: On the 15th day of every month (non-negotiable)

• Deposit: Two months’ rent (negotiable for one month)

• Rental period: Until March 2026, with an official rent adjustment afterward according to fair distribution among tenants

📜 House Rules and Conditions

1. Application Requirements

   • Applicant can be a university student or graduate.

   • Must have a steady job.

   • A criminal record certificate is required for security.

2. Pets

   • There is one cat (Lola) in the house.

   • Any harm to the cat is strictly prohibited.

   • No other pets are allowed.

3. Guests

   • No guests without permission.

   • No male guests unless with special and rare approval.

   • Overnight guests are allowed with everyone’s approval.

   • No repeated hosting of a large number of guests.

4. Cleanliness and Shared Spaces

   • Cleaning of kitchen, living room, and bathroom is equally divided.

   • Keep the place clean after use and don’t leave dishes behind.

   • Don’t use common areas to store personal belongings.

5. Lifestyle Rules

   • Smoking inside is prohibited; only allowed on the balcony.

   • No loud noise at night.

   • Respect privacy in the rooms.

6. Financial Responsibilities

   • Bills (electricity, water, internet, gas, etc.) are split equally.

   • Shared supply costs (such as cleaning materials) are divided equally.

   • Timely payment is mandatory.

7. Security

   • Close the door securely when entering and leaving.

   • Keys must not be given to any third party.

   • If a key is lost, the person responsible bears the cost of replacement.

8. Leaving & Deposit

   • Tenant must inform at least one month in advance if they wish to leave.

   • Deposit is refunded upon verification of furniture condition and bill payment.

   • Minimum stay: 6 months (negotiable).
