
Trustas Consulting and Legal Accounting Company announces its desire to appoint an employee within the Operations Department, to serve as a liaison between company owners, legal accountants, and the internal team, ensuring smooth workflow, accuracy of execution, and compliance with applicable regulations in Turkey.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
Daily communication with company owners, handling their inquiries, and accurately recording their requests.
Coordinating requests and transferring them to the legal accountant or relevant team, and following up on execution until completion.
Managing and monitoring periodic tasks specific to legal accountant assistants, ensuring the quality and accuracy of outputs.
Following up on the status of companies after establishment or after transitioning to Trustas services to ensure stability and compliance.
Coordinating with government authorities and official departments related to company affairs.
Preparing and organizing official correspondence and requirements (according to approved templates).
Documenting requests, follow-ups, and operational reports according to the internal work system.
Submitting periodic reports to management about workflow, observations, and any potential risks.
Required Qualifications
University degree in accounting, economics, or business administration from a Turkish university.
Turkish nationality.
Proficiency in Turkish language (reading, writing, and speaking).
Good knowledge of company and tax affairs in Turkey.
Previous experience or direct involvement with legal accounting is an added advantage.
Work Environment
Office-based work.
Organized team with clear authorities, relying on systems and follow-up.
Direct support and guidance from management and the legal accounting team.
