Op. Dr. Azimet ÖZDEMİR was born in Elbistan (K.Maraş) in 1975. He completed his pre-university education in Elbistan. Then, he started his medical education at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine and graduated in 2001, gaining the title of medical doctor. He worked in Erzurum/Hınıs for two years. In 2003, he started his specialty training at Istanbul University Çapa Faculty of Medicine, Department of General Surgery. At the end of 2004, he left this position to fulfill his military service. He passed the exam as the responsible physician at the Istanbul Military Service Office Directorate.
