Fluency in English (essential) to deal with foreign patients.

High persuasion and communication skills with patients.

Welcoming patients and visitors and providing them with the best experience.

Follow-up of appointments and organization of workflow in the clinic.

Professionally explaining the available treatments and packages to patients.

Supporting the sales process and converting consultations into actual treatment plans.
