Ensuring that the sales team works effectively and efficiently by dividing the work, controlling and monitoring the work done

Target-oriented management and support of the sales team

Carrying out relevant work to achieve sales targets

Taking necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction. Conducting efficiency and performance analysis

Ensuring working and administrative order in coordination with the general directorate

Having knowledge about the real estate industry, controlling expenses and monitoring budgets

Manage all processes to create and achieve sales targets

A company that will conduct potential customer analysis will be able to increase its portfolio

Experienced in establishing a sales team and organization.

Graduated from a Universty,

At least 5 years of managerial experience in real estate sales

Fluent in English and Arabic

,Knows the dynamics of the sector, follows the developments in the field, and has knowledge of customer relationship management systems.

Proficient in Ms Office programs

Not affiliated with military service (For male candidates) Aware of responsibility to work under the roof of corporate identity, Open to training and development, Ensuring effective and efficient work by dividing the work in the daily branch operation, controlling and monitoring the work done.

Conducting efficiency and performance analysis

Able to adapt to flexible working hours

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FEMALE REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER residing in Beylikdüzü and Beykent on the European side of Istanbul.
