Project Design Manager

Job Description:

Location: Istanbul, Turkiye (with frequent communication and coordination with teams in the USA)

Our end-to-end service includes design, material supply, and on-site installation, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Project Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the success of our projects, as it involves direct communication with clients, coordination with suppliers, and overseeing the installation process in the USA. 

1. Customer Interaction: Collect information from customers, understand their requirements, and relay this information to the design team effectively.

2. Design Understanding: You should have the capability to read and explain design layouts to clients, helping them visualize and comprehend the design concepts effectively.

3. Design Solutions: Collaborate with the design and production team to develop creative and effective design solutions that meet client needs by checking the quality of the products in the production site.

4. Coordination: Coordinate changes and adjustments with the design team, ensuring that client feedback is effectively incorporated into the design projects.

5. Installation Management: Organize and manage installation teams in the USA, ensuring that all aspects of the build and installation process are executed smoothly.

6. Multilingual Communication: You should possess strong communication skills in both English, Arabic and Turkish to interact with clients and the Design team to ensure clear communication throughout the design process.

This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Your efforts will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and successful project execution while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design.

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required;knowledge of Arabic and Turkish is a plus.

Proven experience in project management, preferably in design, or a related industry.

Strong understanding of design and building processes, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with international clients and suppliers.

Familiarity with the U.S. construction and building regulations.
