
Our team at the Istanbul office is looking for a professional video editor to join our team on a yearly contract for one year, renewable based on professional competence and job performance.
Al-Khair Foundation works in the humanitarian field, and we continuously produce documentary, media, and promotional content. Therefore, the nature of the work is fast-paced and under high production pressure, and we are looking for a professional individual who can keep up with this level.
If you see these qualities in yourself, we are looking for you:
If you master professional video editing using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or their equivalents.
If you excel at creating short and engaging videos suitable for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
If you possess a visual and creative sense in choosing shots, pacing, and visual and sound effects.
If you can turn raw materials into a visually impactful story that serves a humanitarian media message.
If you are skilled at producing professional documentary videos that reflect the organization's charitable work and activities.
If you can work under deadline pressure and deliver projects ahead of schedule.
If you are capable of collaborating with the media and photography team and turning ideas into impactful visual content.
If you follow digital content creation trends and can continuously develop the visual style.
However, if you:
Cannot handle work pressure and multiple projects.
Do not have real experience in professional video editing.
Cannot commit to project deadlines.
Or if you have other jobs and are looking for a simple additional job without a high professional level.

Job responsibilities include:
Editing and producing documentary videos for the organization's activities and projects.
Preparing promotional videos for humanitarian and media campaigns.
Producing visual content tailored for social media platforms.
Adding visual and sound effects, as well as graphic titles.
Organizing and archiving filmed and media materials.
Collaborating with the media team to develop visual ideas for content.
