Oya Köse was born in Adana, where she completed her primary and secondary education. She is a graduate of Adana Anatolian High School. She completed her undergraduate studies at Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry, then started her Pediatric Dentistry doctorate education at Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry, where she continues to study actively.

After graduation, she worked with pediatric patients in various clinics and polyclinics in Sancaktepe and Çekmeköy.

She is a member of the Aesthetic Dentistry Association.
