Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Online Sales, B2B & Stores Launching Manager to oversee the strategic expansion of our online and B2B sales channels while leading the launch of new retail stores. This role involves driving sales initiatives, building strong partnerships, and ensuring a successful launch process that aligns with our high-end brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective online sales and B2B strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand visibility.
B2B Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with potential B2B partners, including wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients.
Store Launch Management: Lead the coordination and execution of new store openings, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer experience expectations.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities in e-commerce, B2B relationships, and retail locations.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics for online and B2B channels; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure cohesive strategies and successful execution of store launches.
Customer Experience Focus: Ensure superior customer service across all sales channels, enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for online initiatives, B2B partnerships, and launching new stores, ensuring financial objectives are met.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in online sales, B2B sales, or retail management, preferably within the luxury or high-end market.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
Skills:

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Proficient in e-commerce platforms and sales analytics tools.
