Dentist İsmail Tunç, born in 1964, completed his secondary education in 1986 and in the same year was admitted to Dicle University Faculty of Dentistry. He graduated from the same faculty in 1991 after completing his studies. Between 1991 and 2016, he worked at his own practice and oral and dental health polyclinics that he established in Elazığ. In 2014, he started a Master's program in Implantology at Guglielmo Marconi University in Italy, which he completed in 2016. He has advanced his profession by participating in many national and international congresses, courses, and symposiums. In 2016, he founded his own Acıbadem Dental Clinic, a clinic for oral and dental health, in Istanbul Acıbadem, where he continues his profession. In addition, Dentist İsmail Tunç, who also graduated in Political Science and International Relations, is continuing his master's studies in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Istanbul Medipol University. He is married and the father of three children.
