Marketing Supervisor Required

Wego Markets is announcing the need for a marketing supervisor with work experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Setting and executing marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.

• Planning and supervising the implementation of marketing campaigns.

• Conducting studies to determine market trends to improve and develop marketing strategies, specifically identifying opportunities and challenges.

• Managing the marketing budget effectively and utilizing resources efficiently.

• Ensuring compliance with brand standards and messaging in all company-related events, advertisements, publications, and designs.

• Developing content for all communication channels.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Turkish and English.

• Experience in the cosmetics field.

• Proven experience in the field with clear achievements.

• Excellent knowledge of diverse marketing methodologies, especially digital marketing.

• Strategic, analytical, leadership, management, communication, and personnel management skills.

• Capacity to use electronic systems.

Additional Details:

• Working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
