Marketing & Sales Support Specialist

🎯 Role Overview

TRAVAC, a manufacturer of transformer oil treatment machines, is seeking a

motivated Marketing & Sales Support Specialist to strengthen our international presence.

The role focuses primarily on marketing activities (digital content, website, campaigns, branding) while supporting the sales team with quotation preparation and customer follow-ups.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Marketing

• Manage and update company website and LinkedIn page.

• Prepare digital marketing materials (brochures, product sheets, visuals).

• Supervise professional photo/video shoots for machines.

• Plan and execute email or LinkedIn campaigns.

• Support SEO and Google Business visibility.

• Prepare company presentations and product catalogs in English/Turkish.

• Assist in trade fair and exhibition preparations.

Sales Support

• Prepare and format quotations, proforma invoices, and product offers.

• Maintain customer contact database and follow up on leads.

🧩 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (preferred).

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing or industrial sales.

• Strong command of English (spoken/written); Turkish preferred.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media management.

• Basic understanding of industrial products or technical marketing is a plus.
